C+A Design were commissioned to design eight, 3-storey terraced houses for a local property developer. A housing association was the end user and the design successfully complied with housing association requirements. The site had a difficult topography but despite this, the design was effectively integrated and respectful of the surrounding street scene, with a varied roof line.
