Westfield Road

This social housing scheme, comprised of twenty-eight houses, was built by a developer for a social housing association. The houses were designed to conform to strict standards and planning was won despite part of the site being classed as greenbelt. We provided a full service, from feasibility through to completion, including dealing with existing floodwater routes and liaising with local flood authorities.
