Callywhite Lane

Callywhite Business Park was a multiple phase project, maximising the potential of an underused industrial site with the introduction of light industrial and trade counter units. Planning, building regulation drawings, and principal designer services were provided, alongside 3D visualisations which were used to advertise the units for let while they were still being constructed. A flexible approach to the technical design of the units was adopted; a refined fire strategy design was produced allowing the building to be used as multiple small units, large units or a combination of sizes to suit market demand.
