Wingfield View

C+A Design has provided architectural services for Wingfield View, a new mixed-use industrial complex located in south Chesterfield. The development comprises of seven buildings, which are divided into 18 units. These units will be used for warehousing, manufacturing, and office space, providing a diverse range of business opportunities for the area.

The curved roof design creates a unique architectural style and maintains consistency throughout the complex. With a total building space of 65,000 sqft, the complex provides ample space for businesses of varying sizes. Additionally, there is sufficient on-site parking and well-designed landscaping enhances the visual appeal of the complex.

The entire project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed soon. Wingfield View is poised to become a bustling hub of activity for the region, providing modern and flexible facilities for businesses to thrive in.
