C+A Design were appointed by a developer to gain new permission on this brownfield site for several industrial units. One unit was pre-let and therefore able to be designed for the occupants. Our flexible approach allowed for a number of changes to be made during the planning permission stage, as the development progressed to suit the needs of new tenants. Permission for an additional office unit was also obtained while the works were on site.
