Green Garage

Ascona, a rapidly growing chain of petrol stations and convenience stores, engaged C+A Design to provide architectural services and design their flagship site at Green Garage in Pembroke. The site included a petrol station, EV charging facilities, jet wash, multiple car parking spaces, a convenience store, a fish and chip shop, and a laundrette. As the client's first major construction project, we provided a comprehensive service that also included cost management, bill of quantities, valuations, contract administration services, Principal Designer duties, and site design. Our design resulted in the project winning the APEA Best New Retail Forecourt Award in 2021.
