Bishops Trade Park
C+A Design is proud to have designed a 43,000 square foot expansion to an existing trade park in Lincoln, which has now been built and is ready to welcome tenants. The new space features a range of modern trade and industrial units, spanning from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet, and has already attracted a number of high-profile trade brands to the area. This development has generated over 200 new jobs, providing a significant boost to the local economy.
Throughout the project, C+A Design worked closely with the client, GW Padley, to ensure that every stage of the design and construction process met their specific requirements. The client was very pleased with the final result.
