Downham Market

As the designers of the scheme, we at C+A Design were commissioned by the property developer, GW Padley, to create new trade and industrial units in Downham Market, Norfolk. Working closely with our client, we designed a 12,000 square foot property that now houses two well-known trade brands, Screwfix and Medequip. Our involvement in the project spanned from the initial feasibility stage through to completion, including the planning application and specific detailed employer's requirements.

We collaborated closely with the contractor, Roe Developments, to ensure the successful completion and handover of a snag-free project.
