We are proud to announce we are the winners of the APEA Best New Retail Forecourt Award 2021 for Green Garage. This new flagship site, constructed by Toureen Group, is a fuel station that goes beyond just retailing fuel and groceries. The site owners, Ascona, pushed for innovative uses to better serve the wider community’s needs. This has resulted in a site which incorporates a petrol filling station, EV charging facilities, jet wash, multiple car parking spaces and a 3,700 sq ft building including a convenience store with package free food options, a fish and chip shop, ATM and even a laundrette. The completed build has become Ascona’s flagship store and due to its success will form the blueprint for their future developments.
