C+A Design is proud to announce that planning approval has been obtained for a replacement dwelling located on the outskirts of Rotherham, in an area designated as Greenbelt. This achievement is significant, as it required careful collaboration with a planning consultant to demonstrate how the property could be extended within prior approval and permitted development rights. Our proposal was used as a basis to negotiate permission for a larger replacement dwelling than would otherwise have been allowed.
Our team has designed a modern, detached barn-style dwelling with an attractive colour palette, blending in seamlessly with the surrounding environment. The clients are thrilled to have the opportunity to build a bespoke house tailored to their family’s needs.
