We are sad to bid farewell to our Studio Manager, Becky Thompson, and at the same time, we are excited to welcome Lauren Macartney, who will be taking on the role.
Saying Goodbye to Becky Thompson:
After four amazing years with C+A Design, Becky Thompson will be leaving us this week to begin a Master’s degree at the University of Sheffield. Becky has been instrumental in shaping the daily operations of our studio as the Studio Manager, contributing significantly to our growth and success. Her dedication, passion, and leadership have not only streamlined our processes but have also fostered a positive and collaborative work environment. Becky has been a valued member of the C+A Design team, going beyond her role as a Studio Manager to become a friend and confidant to many of us. While we will miss her greatly, we are thrilled for her as she embarks on a new journey. We thank Becky for her invaluable contributions and wish her the best for the future!

Lauren is currently working towards achieving her CIPD Level 5 in People Management, further enhancing her ability to support our team.
